Abstract
Linda Allbee, Trainer/Documentation, Online Dakota Information Network (ODIN); Betsy Friesen, Technical Services Analyst, University of Minnesota ALEPH version 20 collaborative testing was conducted at the Ex Libris offices in Jerusalem January 11-15, 2009. This session will cover the testing experience, outlining successes as well as detailing areas of needed improvement in the process.
