Abstract

UW System was one of the first consortia to test Resource Sharing with a Network Zone during their implementation. They were also transitioning from Voyager UB, a direct request model of Resource Sharing to a more staff mediated one. They knew that workflow would need to be greatly altered and trying to troubleshoot issues occurring in a new unknown environment, can prove to be difficult. With limited knowledge of the Alma analytics tool, the team applied their knowledge of sports statistics to narrow down where the trouble spots were and then document and report it.
