Abstract

BrowZine, developed by Third Iron, is a Journal Engagement Service used at over 500 institutions in 22 countries worldwide to provide an easy way for researchers to browse, read and monitor scholarly journals. Working with feedback from Ex Libris customers, Third Iron has developed a suite of API's to better integrate and connect Alma and Primo to BrowZine to ensure users can quickly connect from a search workflow to that of browsing, reading and monitoring in a natural and intuitive way ensuring maximum utilization of a library's journal subscriptions.

In this session, Third Iron will discuss the interaction capabilities between Alma and/or Primo and BrowZine, discuss best approaches to implementation and share some case studies of current integrations. Feedback from attendees about future API feature development will also be encouraged.
