Abstract

Jon-Mark Bolthouse, Automation Librarian, University of Wisconsin Colleges.

The introduction of Voyager 7 gave us unprecedented ways to modify and enhance the WebVoyage user interface. But how do you know whether your users will benefit from the changes you make? In this session, Jon-Mark Bolthouse will discuss how you can best leverage survey methodologies, focus groups, and usability study testing to give your patrons the interface they need to succeed.
