Abstract

Frank Cervone, Director, Library, Information, and Media Studies, Chicago State University (formerly Assistant University Librarian for Information Technology, Northwestern University). Since MetaLib went live into production in 2005, Northwestern University Library has been keeping statistics on the usage patterns of MetaLib and SFX. Over the course of time, patterns in the usage of both MetaLib and of the electronic resources it searches have changed, sometimes in unexpected ways. In this session the audience will learn what we discovered about the trends and changes in usage that have occurred over the last three years.
