Abstract

Minnesota State University, Mankato and MNPALS staff have created specialized reports in Aleph using SQL to pull specific acquisitions, circulation, and collection development data. Various custom reports will be demonstrated and the speakers will show how the data can be imported into Excel for further manipulation. These reports can then be used to analyze the collection helping to identify strengths and weaknesses to better serve library patrons.
