abstract: We have been actively encouraging the library staff to learn to use ARC and now have some regular users. We have defined as many user-defined fields as we can in order to make some bibliographic data accessible in ARC. This presentation will discuss some of the ups and downs of using ARC for ad-hoc reporting.
