UWI’s information transformation and unification initiative began in 2006, with Aleph 500, standardizing the information platform and setting the stage for the world of electronic resources with SFX and MetaLib. Primo captures and delivers all UWI information resources in all formats from across the region into a simplified interface. All these initiatives brought geographically disperse information under one roof and fostered greater integration amongst the University Libraries.
