Using both debit and credit budgets and voided invoices we provide accounting records for approval, continuation, serial and depository materials. We are able to track service charges and discounts for various vendors. We will briefly touch on the streamlining that can be achieved by using EDI to load vendor invoices. Audience: This presentation is intended for individuals working with Financial or Acquisitions aspects of ALEPH. Should be familiar with the accounting requirements of their institutions and have a good working knowledge of the Acquisitions Client.
