Abstract
By the end of March 2013, the Harvard Library will be implementing OCLC’s Bibliographic Notification Service to enhance the HOLLIS Catalog. This presentation will cover the details of our implementation process and expected outcome. We will be using a sequence of Aleph procedures with advanced merge routines, in combination with perl scripting to implement the service. The scope of the project includes all monographic items in our database for which we have holdings in WorldCat.
