Abstract
5 years after joining the Ex Libris family is a good time to take the time to be a little introspective and evaluate our journey. We will discuss: What drove our decisions, what products to use, when to build, how much to customize, what we take on ourselves to support vs. using Ex Libris, and whether or not we are successful.
