Abstract
EZproxy provides library patrons with secure, remote access to licensed electronic resources. This technology integrates well with Ex Libris products and services. But as these products continue to evolve and expand, it becomes increasingly more complicated to understand the big picture of how the different parts of systems work together with EZproxy to facilitate remote access. This presentation will demonstrate the configurations for electronic resource access for an implementation scenario that includes Alma, Primo, and Primo Central Index. It will furthermore discuss what element of functionality is provided by the configuration within each system, and how they work together. The presentation will also cover the differences in data structure that exist when migrating from a separate link resolver and ILS (SFX and Aleph) to Alma which includes a built in link resolver, as well as how these design differences impact configuration of resources for remote access.
