Abstract
Queen’s is a long-time Voyager user, and we implemented Summon and the 360 products in 2010. In summer 2014 we moved to Intota v. 1. We’ll talk about the process of change that led us to implement Intota; how we hoped it would help us; what our experience has been; strategies to use it as well as possible; and challenges in developing skills for staff who have been comfortable with step-by-step manuals moving into a much more open-ended, self-directed, problem-solving mode. We will share some ideas and will invite thoughts from participants about the ERM/URM/discovery landscape, and whether we are yet at the point where we can stop duplicating in Voyager and spreadsheets!
