Abstract
This presentation will outline how the University of Tennessee exchanges data between Alma and Banner. This will show very detailed examples using Alma Data Extracts, Alma Analytics Reports, Alma API's, local MySQL Database, and writing data to text files. Our system is totally automated and runs weekly, daily, and hourly (depending on what function the program is doing) and we have even built in an Administrative way to send negative transfers as well.
