Abstract
U.C. Davis uses automation and batch processing for sending material to their offsite storage facility. We will walk through our process which includes creating sets, batch adding of notes to holdings records, changing holdings locations, and deleting items without deleting or suppressing the associated holdings and bib records. We will also cover our batch process for withdrawing items from the collection for shared print.
