Abstract
The California State University system is currently wrapping up a two-year project to migrate 23 separate campus ILS systems and an array of ERM systems to a single, consortium Alma implementation with a Network Zone. In this presentation, two of the project leads will describe the rationale for migrating to a shared system, the decision to choose Alma, key organizational and technical decisions that needed to be made during the project, as well as share our experiences during the migration and implementation with a focus on lessons that might be applicable to other consortia.
