Abstract
In support of the textbook program initiated by the UTSA Libraries, we created an efficient streamlined process and effective tools for managing course and textbook information. This presentation will focus on the overview of UTSA Libraries’ textbook program and the internal process of ingestion and synthesis of textbook and course data. The process of matching and comparing the textbook information with our resources available in multiple sources, such as Voyager and ProQuest Knowledgebase, will also be presented along with the user interface developed for searching textbooks/courses and generating a variety of reports. On-going and continuous efforts for improving textbook provision and access will be discussed.
