Abstract
The session will focus on strategies to populate Summon Discovery KB data, facets, and mapping/indexing from third party MARC and item catalog data. Prioritizing records, creative coding, and real-time availability options will be covered. While the session uses III Sierra examples, the principles can apply to any number of third party catalog products using Summon as the primary discovery tool.
