Abstract
In this session, you'll learn how to jack into the Primo UI using Javaacript and read the item type, then programmatically inject a PUSH-TO adapter into the ACTIONS tab of the Primo UI. This PUSH-to link uses the ARES OPENURL item types to populate Ares Item fields to make new Ares item requests much faster and easier. While we've done this in the old UI, the same principles should work in the new UI as well. We'll discuss the gotchas our developer encountered, and how we overcame them to get this integration working for our three Primo institutions.
