Abstract
Roy Zimmer, Systems Programmer, Western Michigan University:
We struggled through the Great Patron Cleanup of 2008. This was required as part of our switch from SSN to another identifying number. Details of this process and our patron extract software, as well as hurdles overcome, will be covered. The information presented here should help other sites with their patron cleanups and purging.
