Abstract
Libraries are changing. Leaders need to step up. Effective leadership is critical to migration, implementation, rightsizing, and handling the changing needs of your department. During World War II the United States Navy’s submarines were very effective. This session will dive into library leadership lessons learned from the preparation and training of the crews as well as the leadership decisions of individual captains.
