Abstract
Panel discussion by members from the University System of Georgia (USG) on how they transitioned from Voyager's Universal Borrowing to Alma's Fulfillment Network for their statewide GIL Express service. GIL Express is an innovative resource sharing initiative that allows students, faculty and staff access to all eligible circulating material at all USG libraries via walk-up transactions and delivery of unmediated patron-initiated remotely requested materials. The panel will reflect on lessons learned during statewide planning, training, and implementation as well as continuing evaluation of services, policies and procedures after their Go Live date in May 2017.
