Abstract
Quantifying the libraries’ role in student academic success is complicated in part due to the number of library data sources, the complexity of matching library data against institutional match points, and maintaining patron privacy/anonymity. The Creighton University Information Technology and Library Services Division undertook a project to identify specific library behaviors, patron demographics, and other institution data points to show how library usage impacts various markers of student success predominately using APIs. We will share our experience, queries, and takeaways.
