Abstract
Reporting is deeply embedded in all areas of operations of the Harvard Library, and in its prior Aleph ILS environment, staff members made heavy use of both standing and ad hoc reports from an external data warehouse. This presentation will discuss how the Harvard Library Alma Analytics and Reporting Working Group prepared for Alma implementation by identifying staff day one reporting needs and and how to support them via a suite of shared reports. The presentation will also discuss how the ARWG identified areas where Alma Analytics would not be sufficient and devised strategies to meet those needs, prepared training for staff, and provided other analysis and feedback during the implementation process.
