Abstract
In a library that serves over 25,000 students with less than 40 full-time staff, keeping up with Alma and Primo updates and customizations can be a highly daunting endeavour. Traditional systems activities require active participation from non-technical staff for effective day-to-day library operations and services.
This session will discuss the effects of migrating from a traditional ILS to Alma and Primo and the library-wide process put in place to handle the new library systems normal.
