Abstract
Ellen Jones, Reserve Services Supervisor, University of Iowa; Brian Thompson, Systems Librarian, University of Iowa.
The University of Iowa uses the Aleph hold and recall feature to allow patrons to request materials to be delivered to their campus address or another university library. We will share how we generate reports for circulation staff in 14 different units and how we handle requests from closed storage.
