Abstract
We (ETSU) attended our first kick-off meeting for launching Rapido on March 13th. With an original assigned go-live date of May 22nd and our ILLiad contract ending on May 1st, we knew we would have to make our way through the configuration process quickly. In this presentation we will discuss: why we switched, how we adapted to a tight timeline, what we wish we had done differently, and how it's going presently.
