Enhancement Group Members Appointed
Charge to Enhancement Groups

September 1

EGs Submit their Top Three Requests to Coordinator

September 15

Coordinator Sends Requests to Ex Libris for Pointing

mid-October

Meeting with EG Chairs, Coordinator, Ex Libris in Chicago to review pointed requests

November 7

EGs work on any requests needing more info, and send to Coordinator

November 15

Requests Mounted for Voting - to Prioritize the Top 30

November 30
