Abstract
FCLA provides support to the Libraries of the State University System of Florida. To better support the libraries' reporting needs, we recently migrated our customized reports to a new software platform, Oracle Application Express (APEX). This session will include an explanation of the process we use to create reports, such as the use of our Data Warehouse, the Data Transfer Process (ETL), and our Content Management system to aid in finding reports and providing detailed information about them. We will demonstrate reports from functional areas in Aleph. The demo will provide an overview of some specific APEX features including saving and printing results, calendar date picker and column sorting.
