Abstract
This session describes how a library with little or no money for special projects can complete an automated inventory utilizing only locally available resources. In 2008/9, WPU modified the freely available Library Stacks Management System created by Jan and Nackil Sung of Eastern Illinois University. With the participation of the entire library staff a comprehensive inventory of over 210,000 volumes was completed, both scanning and cleanup, without allocating any additional funds for personnel.
