Abstract
This will describe why and how we created various reports at Stony Brook to support our collection development. Examples such as "expenditure report by material type", "total allocations and expenditures for FYxxxx", "serials titles list with payment status", "monographs expenditures by acquisitions method","rush reserve list", "received titles from SUNY shared collection", "monograph vendors order analysis report" etc. will be discussed. Audiences should be able to find reports that fit to their needs and benefit from this presentation.
