Abstract
Change isn't often easy and with the world of library interfaces in a state of upheaval getting people on board for something new and different can be difficult. Thomas McNulty from Virginia Commonwealth University will walk you through the choices made by his colleagues at VCU when trying to push through a new interface for the library OPAC. Buy-in, budgets, and time-lines will be discussed so you can bring the conversation back to your colleagues and help bring a new OPAC interface to your library.
