Abstract
The last inventory of material in the UT Arlington Library was performed 25 years ago. In recent years, heavy theft activities have been reported. An inventory is badly needed. However, budget cuts prohibit equipping the library collection with RFID, and we have to conduct the inventory without closing the library. It takes extensive planning and coordination to undertake this task. New procedures and tracking mechanisms were created. Utilizing ShelfLister for Voyager, the project has begun.
