Abstract
This session will describe the process Queen's University went through during their upgrade to WebVoyage 7. Details of the upgrade will be provided, including information about the library's decision to make NetId authentication available for users through the university's Single Sign On server instead of through LDAP. The pros and cons of this approach will be presented, including implications for integrating library services into the broader suite of services provided by the university.
