Abstract
EDI is a simple concept. A successful EDI transaction is the result of a cooperative venture by systems librarians, library staff familiar with acquisitions and serials processing and support from the vendors. This program will provide a sequence of steps designed to answer the question raised by the title of the program.
Audience: Library staff with an interest in improving efficiency, modifying workflow, and managing resources more effectively and system administrators who are interested in implementing or writing their own loader program for EDI serials invoicing
