Abstract
Development of the Northwestern Primo environment has been the result of "out of the box" installation, combined with our own local development, as well as utilizing the developments posted on ELCommons by other Primo developers. We will share our initial installation of Primo, show what "development enhancements" we have performed ourselves, and then show what developments we have implemented that we obtained from ELCommons. Our local developments will include our Blackboard/Primo integration environment, our two different Primo User Interfaces (Primo App provided and our Locally Developed Interfaces), our unique solution to further enhance FRBR-ization, and our mobile Primo environment. We will conclude with a tour of ELCommons and demonstrate how an institution can use ELCommons to further enhance their Library Primo environment. Audience: beginning to moderate Primo sites.
