Abstract
UNSW's goal is to provide patrons with a single Primo user interface to all Ex Libris applications. We want our patrons to confidently access all aspects of their account from one place. Additionally the Library wants to streamline the analysis of usage data for an holistic view of application use and trends. The main challenge has been to migrate patron data from Aleph and Metalib to Primo. A second challenge has been the coordinated deletion of expired patron data from Aleph, Metalib and Primo. In this presentation we will outline UNSW's methodology for patron management across the 3 applications and the degree to which it meets our goals.
