Abstract
A discussion of the Normalization Rules review process that we have established to help library staff understand Primo displays and the rules behind them and why that may be different from the ILS system. Primo support staff and librarians from several different areas meet regularly to review the normalization rules, mapping tables, and displays in order to understand the design implications and explore possible changes. This helps staff and patrons locate materials effectively.
