Abstract
The Primo implementation at the University of Utah has created successful unified discovery for a wide range of digital content types: bibliographic records (Aleph), e-resources (SFX), Primo Central, Course Reserves, and digital collections from consortial partners (CONTENTdm, BEPress, ArchivalWare, and others). Bringing together these disparate content types has required adaptations to vocabulary, normalization rules, display options, and workflows. This process has forged a new understanding of how best to serve today's university students and faculty with integrated discovery.
