Abstract

The NAAUG Enhancement Process is one of the most important activities supported by the User Group. Since its inception, the process has been expanded and refined. Focus Groups now function effectively, identifying appropriate areas of the system for enhancement. The task of preparing an effective enhancement request is a complicated one. The description of the enhancement, including a statement of the problem area and the desired solution, is an essential factor in the acceptance system. A panel will offer tips for preparing effective enhancement requests.
